As a standard we only accept bookings for a minimum of 4 nights.
Welcome to check in after the hour: 16. Departure and check out is at the latest 10 AM. .
Minimum stay is 4 nights.
Tourist tax of 1,5 € / person / day (max. 7 days) is paid through a link that will be mailed to you.
Final cleaning of the apartment is included in the rent. You are responsible for the daily cleaning and disposal of waste. Garbage should be taken to the containers that stand along all the roads leading from the house and they will open using the plastic CartaSi card which is attached to your apartment keys.
The apartment is booked when paid, you may cancel the booking without fees until 5 weeks before arrival.
Due to allergies, dogs and cats are not allowed as guests in the apartments.

Conditions
Check-in, Check-out and keydistribution.
The arrival time and the check-in time is anytime after 16:00. The keys you will find in the safetybox. The code to the safetybox is sent to you by mail after that you have made the online checkin for ALL guests.
For any question please code call or send message, or Whatsapp to my mobile number +39 393 058 7311. Check-out time is no later than 10:00. When leaving the place after the rental, it is important to put back the keys in the safetybox.
Please respect check-in and check-out times when the apartments need to be cleaned between guest exchange.
Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Rates include
Final cleaning of the apartment as well as sheets for the bed and towels. Gas is included in the rent which covers a normal week.
We kindly ask you to empty the refrigerator upon departure and leave your garbage in the trash cans along the roads.

Climate smart electricity from solar panels at Residenza Cornino
Feel free to use air conditioning during daytime when our electricity is almost free thanks to our solar energy panels.

The pool
The pool is open during daytime from approximately May 15 to September 15.
Note! It is forbidden to dive into the pool. Parents are responsible for their children. The children is area of the pool is 0.7 m. deep . The pool has a total of approx. 7 * 14 m and children´s 0.7 to 1.3 meters deep.
Additional information
Please do not leave the garbage bag outside the door since birds and wild boars like to open these bags.
Garbage is sorted and thrown in green yellow or white large plastic boxes that are deployed along all roads. They will only open using the CardSI that you find amoung the apartment keys.
Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartments!
